Equipment specifications

Furnace structure:

1. The furnace body is made of SS400 structural steel, and the insulation layer inside the furnace is built with insulation materials such as refractory bricks and insulation bricks.
2. The upper part of the furnace body is made of a soft sealing gasket made of ceramic fiber heat-resistant material, which can block heat energy from escaping.
3. The furnace cover is rotated and opened manually.
4. The heating wires are all made in Sweden.

Endosome structure:

1. The inner body is made of stainless steel plates that are hydraulically pressed, rounded and then welded, and then subjected to flaw detection testing.
2. The furnace cover is also made of stainless steel plates and filled with insulation materials. After it is made, it is tested for flaw detection.
3. Equipped with a hot air circulation device, the fan blades are made of SUS310 stainless steel, allowing the furnace to quickly reach a uniform temperature.

The electric control box system can be integrated with a recorder and human-machine interface, and has zone temperature control. Each zone can be automatically calculated with the temperature control meter PID.

Temperature detection method, each zone has 1 detection point for temperature control.
