Equipment specifications
Furnace structure:
- The furnace body is made of SS400 structural steel, and the insulation layer inside the furnace is built with insulation materials such as refractory bricks and insulation bricks.
- The upper part of the furnace body is made of a soft sealing gasket made of ceramic fiber heat-resistant material, which can block heat energy from escaping.
- The furnace cover is rotated and opened manually.
- The heating wires are all made in Sweden.
Endosome structure:
- The inner body is made of stainless steel plates that are hydraulically pressed, rounded and then welded, and then subjected to flaw detection testing.
- The furnace cover is also made of stainless steel plates and filled with insulation materials. After it is made, it is tested for flaw detection.
- Equipped with a hot air circulation device, the fan blades are made of SUS310 stainless steel, allowing the furnace to quickly reach a uniform temperature.
The electric control box system can be integrated with a recorder and human-machine interface, and has zone temperature control. Each zone can be automatically calculated with the temperature control meter PID.
Temperature detection method, each zone has 1 detection point for temperature control.
Customized equipment can be designed according to customer specifications.
Forgings such as automobile and motorcycle parts, hand tools, etc. are cold forged and annealed.
